** Private service cancellations for private vans, transit vans, and Sprinters require a minimum of 12 hours advanced notice PRIOR to scheduled pick-up time for 100% refund. Shared service and private sedans or SUVs require a minimum of 4 hours notice.
To cancel (update or change) reservations: Must be called in to our office within the required advanced notice. Otherwise, the full fare will be charged.
** Charter/Private and Hourly Rentals cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours advanced notice PRIOR to scheduled pick-up time for 100% refund; less than 48 hours the full fare will be charged.
To cancel reservations made by phone: Must be called in to our office during normal business hours, within the required advanced notice, to be cancelled. Otherwise, the full fare will be charged.
Please note: ALL no-shows, non-cancellations and cancellations not following these procedures will be charged full fare. Cancellations, update and/or change request must be phoned in to the office and any cancellation made by e-mail will not be accepted unless we send back a confirmation. CAR SEATS / BOOSTER SEATS – Unfortunately we can no longer provide child safety seats. Passengers must provide and install the proper safety equipment for their child.
LUGGAGE – A Luggage tag must be affixed to each piece of luggage clearly indicating the name and address of the owner. As an added precaution, the owner’s name and complete permanent address should be contained INSIDE each piece of baggage. Each passenger is limited to TWO pieces of luggage and ONE carry on. Excess luggage fee is $6.00 (I.e. foot locker, boxed bicycle, computer box or large container).
ANIMALS – All Animals must be caged: $20 per cage.
HOLIDAYS – There will be NO SHUTTLE SERVICE on the following days: Thanksgiving and Christmas.
SCHEDULES – Every effort will be made to operate according to published schedules. Circumstances sometimes develop beyond our control such as weather or traffic delays and accordingly GO Boston Shuttle cannot hold itself responsible for errors and timetables, inconvenience or damage resulting from delayed shuttles.

LOST ITEMS – Not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles. If you think you may have forgotten something in one of our vans please call our office to see if it has been returned and to arrange pick up.
