Logan Airport

Pick-Up Areas for Vans and Buses

Please contact your driver directly (you will receive a text with this information when you land) after you have collected your luggage or have exited the aircraft with no luggage to collect. Vehicles are not permitted to wait at the curb until the passenger has called us.

The airport authority in Boston is restricting access to the curb outside the terminal to a 10 minute waiting period. Our vehicles need to wait at the staging area until the passenger has called and is ready to go.  If you have a problem contacting your driver please call our dispatch line at 617-969-9999

Terminal A: Shuttle: Lower Level; outside baggage, cross over 2 roadways to where the RED signs read “Shared Vans”

Airlines: Delta, Southwest, WestJet

Terminal B: Shuttle: Lower level; outside of baggage, go across the street into the garage where there is a booth for “Shared Vans”

Airlines: Air Canada/Air Canada Jazz (Halifax Arrivals Only), American, American Eagle, Spirit, United Airlines, US Airways/US Airways Express, US Airways Shuttle

Terminal C: Shuttle: Lower level, exit baggage level, straight out to the 2nd island, RED signs read “Shared Van”

Airlines: Air Tran, Cape Air, Jet Blue, Midwest Express, Aer Lingus, Alaska, Sun Country, Virgin America

Terminal D: Pick up is at terminal C. Follow instructions for terminal C pick up.

Terminal E: Lower level, cross 2 roadways to the Gray Booth – Signs reads “Limos and Shared Vans”

Airlines: Aero Mexico, Air France, Alitalia, American (Int’l arrivals only), British Airways,Charters (other terminals also), Icelandair, KLM, Lufthansa, Northwest, Swissair, Virgin Atlantic.

Shared Van Service is limited to “live pickups” at the designated pickup areas only. Drivers are NOT ALLOWED to enter the terminal.

Private Vehicle Pickup Locations

Terminal A: Pickup is on the lower level outside baggage, cross over 3 roadways to the last parking lot, look for a gray sign that reads “Limos”.

Terminal B: Pick up location is Lower level; outside of baggage, go across the street into the garage where there is a booth for “Limo Area”

Terminal C:  ***TEMPORARY LOCATION DURING CONSTRUCTION ***  From Baggage Claim take the elevator or escalator up to Level 3. Take the moving walkway to Central Parking. Take the elevator at the end of the walkway down to the ground level. Walk to the Limo Zone (purple sign). Please walk past the Taxi zone and the Uber/Lift zone. Our driver will meet you there with a sign and your name.

Terminal E: Exit terminal, go to the far left and cross two roadways into the Limo parking lot, look for a gray booth with signs that read “Limos”.

Your driver will have a sign with your name on it.

Drivers are NOT ALLOWED to enter the terminal.

T.F. Green Airport

**Exit baggage level, cross over 1 roadway, the pickup area is on the curb to your right.

Manchester Airport

**Proceed down the stairs (7 stairs) to baggage claim.  Exit doors opposite escalators, walk underneath the overhead walkway and cross over 3 curbsides, Look for the sign that reads LIMOS.
